Shipping & Payments
Do you ship overseas?
No, we do not.
Due to the e-cigarette policies of some countries, we are unable to deliver well.
If you are not sure about the e-cigarette policies of your country, you can contact our customer service to find out whether we can deliver to your country.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What's your shipping policy?
Q: What kind of shipping methods you can provide?
A: We can deliver the goods by DHL, standard shipping, the Standard Shipping includes E-packet and Post Parcel. When you choose Standard Shipping, we will ship to you by the best shipping method according to your address and the order items, and impossible ship to P.O. Box.
We ship the same day for all orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. The goods will be delivered within 24 hours.
Delivery dates are only estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, national holidays, and some geographic locations.

Q: What type of packaging will my order be delivered in?
A: Your order is shipped in standard packaging.
Q: What do I do if my parcel is not delivered?
A: If you don’t receive your package, double-check your tracking information. We also suggest checking in with neighbors, front desk, or anywhere it may have been delivered. If you still can’t find it, please let us know.
Please note: you must report damaged or missing items to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in a denied claim by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/warranty policy.
Q: What if the parcel is damaged?
A: If possible, check your parcel for damage before you sign for it. If you see the damage, refrain from signing for it and hand it back to the courier to return to us. Please contact at service@thunderheadcreations.net. if you notice the damage after delivery.
Report damaged products to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the delivery carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Within 24 hours of your order being placed, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. Then you can track your order status on this website https://www.17track.net/en However, orders placed on weekends and holidays can take up to three business days to ship.
You can also find your tracking information in the “Order History” section of your account.
Q: What if I have items missing from my order?
A: Sometimes orders dispatch in separate packages. If you do not receive all of your items within three business days, let us know as soon as you can.
You can double-check your order and view your tracking information on your account dashboard.
Please note: missing items must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of the delivery.
How to track my shipment?
When the order shipped, clients will first receive an E-mail specifying the order confirmation. Once the item has shipped, another E-mail with the tracking link will be sent, to allow the customer to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier.

Which currency are the prices listed in?
All our prices and listed in US dollars. To help customers approximate the USD values in their local currency, please use www.xe.com.
What are the payment methods accepted?
PayPal: The most convenient payment method in the world.
We primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments.
Through PayPal, we accept Master, visa, American express, discover, and bank transfer (debit card).
Will l be charged customs and import charges?
All prices stated on our website exclude VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs fees. Any customs or import duties is charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Can l cancel my order or change my address?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order as our warehouse uses an automatic system that can not be stopped once an order is placed. This is to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns if you simply change your mind.
What's your warranty policy?
All ThunderHead Creations Stuffs Limited Warranty covers your product against manufacturing defects for 90-days from the date you bought them, provided that the product is used in a normal environment.
Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, failures due to abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
If for any reason, your stuff is not working properly, please turn it off, and contact us.
